Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 were among the first devices from Samsung to receive the Android 13 OS (One UI 5.0) update. However, some users are facing issues with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app on their phones after they updated them to the latest firmware.
Specifically, users are unable to complete enrollment when creating a work profile for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) provisioning. Well, Samsung has now come up with a solution to the problem. The company says it has fixed the problem on the server side, and has advised people to reboot their devices before setting up a work profile.
When you start the enrollment process after restarting the phone, it will automatically download the Android Device Policy, after which users will be able to complete the enrollment. If that doesn’t work, Samsung advises people to manually download the Android Device Policy from the Play Store and start the enrollment process again.
