According to a new leak, all three phones in the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will come with a minimum of 256GB of storage. The lineup, which includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, is expected to launch in February. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will apparently have a 1TB variant.

It looks like there will be three variants for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB options for the premium device in the lineup. However, the leaker only mentions 12GB of RAM for the S23 Ultra when there have already been multiple reports about an 8GB variant.

It is possible that Qwaider is breaking down the currently confirmed storage options for the Galaxy S23 series rather than listing every single variant Samsung has produced. Offering a 2023 flagship smartphone with only 128GB of storage wouldn’t be a smart business move by Samsung, so the minimum storage boost to 256GB is just one of many small but significant changes coming to the Galaxy S23 smartphone. ,
