A modernised version of Nokia's storied 8210 taps on nostalgia.

The storied 8210 feature phone is being re-released by Nokia, which is now controlled by HMD Global, in a 4G variant.

The Finnish company is also using the chance to launch two further models with a retro aesthetic.

The audio-focused 5710 XA and the elegant 2660 Flip clamshell.

The 8210 feature phone, first introduced by Nokia in 1999, is a modern-day revival of a 20th-century classic.

The well-known smartphone is making a comeback in a 4G variant with everything that contributed to its popularity more than 20 years ago .

Even more storage capacity may be added using a microSD card.

The phone includes a 2.8-inch screen and a detachable battery with a conversation time of up to six hours and a standby period of over three weeks. The cost is €79.99. (RM356).

Nokia is also introducing two other models with a throwback design at the same time.

Clamshell phones, like the Nokia 2660 Flip, were quite popular in the early 2000s.

The 5710 XpressAudio, on the other hand, focuses entirely on audio thanks to its built-in wireless earphones.

These two phones are significantly more expensive than the market norms at €79.99 (RM356) and €89.99 (RM401), respectively.
